Dear Students, Please note: These Steps are Mandatory to complete the Registration Process! Step 1: All MBA students must first consult their Programme Coordinator, Mr. Locksley Henry, for programme advisement before visiting the Office of the Registrar. ANY MAJOR CONCERNS regarding SCHEDULING MUST be directed to your Head of Department or the Associate Dean/Student Affairs, Reverend Suzanne Sang. Step 2: Each student is required to complete a registration and course planning form in accordance with instructions from the Registrar's Office. Step 3: Please be advised that ONLY the registration card, must be taken to the Business Office where fees are payable one (1) month in advance prior to the beginning of class. Step 4: A PASS WILL BE ISSUED by the Business Office to students who have completed payments OR have a payment plan. This pass will allow students to attend classes. Step 5: Each student MUSTreturn the registration card or payment plan authorized by the Accounts Personnel to the Office of the Registrar. Step 6: All students are required to have a CGST ID card which they MUST produce for registration in the Library, for examination purposes, for security purposes and for transactions with the bank. Please note that the Head of Recruitment and Admissions, Ms. Alice Pink, is in charge of the Photographing sessions for ID's. Any ID RENEWAL or LOSS OF ID's will be dealt with by Miss Alice Pink. Step 7: Please familiarize yourselves and be guided accordingly with the Academic Calendar which has already been disseminated on the website and by email. ( N.B. The Management of the Graduate School is pleased to inform all students that effective May 27, 2010 the exchange rate for the US$ which is the base rate used to calculate fees will be revised as follows:- From US$1.00 = J$92.00 to US$1:00 = J$90.00.
Since the exchange rate was revised at the beginning of the 2009/2010 Academic Year, the Jamaican dollar has strengthened. The new rate will be effective Module 10 which commenced on May 27, 2010. Attached is a copy of the revised Rate Sheet.

/djeg | GUIDELINES REGARDING ENTERING THE CAMPUS TO USE THE LIBRARY Persons who have permission to enter the library are: · Currently enrolled students at JTS and CGST with a valid ID or other authorization · Graduates of JTS and CGST (to be verified by the security and staff at the library) · Lecturers at JTS and CGST (to be verified by security and staff at the library) · Members of the Boards of JTS and CGST (to be verified by security & staff at the library) · Visitors with valid LIBRARY PERMIT CARDS NOTE: If the person requesting permission to enter the campus in order to use the library does not have a Library Permit Card, please call the library (229) before allowing him/her unto the campus.
